We ship in Greece and Europe safely and securely, using ACS courier for Greece and TNT for Europe.

When all items in your order are in stock we will process the order within 24hours and then it takes up to 2-3 working days for it to arrive to you, depending on where you are based in Greece and minimum 5 days working days for the rest Europe. When ordered items are not in stock we will notify you the same day.

Medley is not responsible for delays due to: the function of the carrier, or their faulty communication with the customer, negligence on behalf of the customer to communicate with the carrier and delays due to an event of force majeure.

Please note that an order that contains more than one product will not be shipped until the full order is ready. A separate delivery fee will have to be paid for part shipping of an order.

The address declared by the customer needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to change of address or absence, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier otherwise he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping.

Furniture, sculpture, lighting and in general bigger items require special delivery or collection in store and can be ordered only upon request. The shipping cost is added to the actual price during checkout. The shipping cost is charged as following:

GREECE: 

• free shipping for orders over 80€
• 5€ shipping fee for orders up to 79€

EUROPE:

• 12€ flat fee
