These two scissors balance together like dancers. Made of oak wood, they are sculpted by hand by the artist and are given the exact form of the real thing. The brass "butterflies" come from authentic portholes of a ship. The two pieces lean freely on to each other but could be attached securely by the artist if desired.

The whole volume of the sculpture is 65cm × 65cm and 77cm in height.
